专家简介：Yi Li is currently an assistant professor in the Division of Mathematical Sciences at NTU. He obtained his PhD from University of Michigan in 2013. Afterwards, he was a postdoc at the Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing, Max-Planck Institute for Informatics and Harvard University. His research interests include topics in algorithms for massive data, dimension reduction and computational harmonic analysis.
报告摘要：This talk aims to give a brief introduction to data streamalgorithms, starting with the definition of the models. Two typicalproblems, the sparse recovery problem and L^p moment estimation problem,will be discussed in greater detail to serve as examples of typicalapproaches in data stream algorithms.
